This project had a forward focussed element with the integration of ImproValue and a delayed remedying project of the integration of ECS, a Munich headquartered company acquired in the previous year but not integrated into the group on an operational level. We studied both companies and assessed the requirements for each given their varied states of amalgamation into the A2Mac1 universe. We managed this project in such a way to ensure that the commercial operations of all three companies were not disturbed by the rigors of the integration project.
