Levine Leichtman Capital Partners' portfolio company BigHand acquired Iridium Technology to significantly expand their presence in North America and to improve their collective product offering. Scion was engaged in order to facilitate the integration process across all disciplines, with a particular focus on amalgamating their product offerings into one cohesive technology roadmap.
