We directed the planning and execution of integration project of highly regarded implementation consulting firm focussed on public sector work in the Arabian peninsula. This was targeted to enhance the platform of McKinsey to service government clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Arab region. We coordinated the overall integration process on the transaction from initial due diligence stage to close of the deal and checked in on longer term integration process with relevant practice leadership.
