This was a 6-week integration realignment project to remedy and provide more structure and focus to Smoothwall's ongoing integration programme. This represents our alternative to a full 3-4 month integration project. The timing was reduced in this scenario based upon the requirements of management and the demands of a sale of the acquiring business from Tenzing (Smoothwall's PE investor) to a new corporate acquirer (Family Zone).
