Texthelp, with the help of its principal investor, Five Arrows Principal Investments, wanted to consolidate its position as the premier assistive technology company for students with the acquisition of these two businesses headquartered in Norway and Denmark. We developed a plan that focussed on the commercial and operational integration of the two competitors and we also worked on the development of a platform for future acquisitions that were due to take place in the near future.
